Stockholm Criminology Symposium June 16-18, 2008

The National Council for Crime Prevention in Sweden (Brå) invites to the third Stockholm Criminology Symposium. The symposium takes place at the Stockholm University during three days, June 16th - 18th, 2008.

The three major themes for the Stockholm Criminology Symposium 2008 are, Experiments in Crime Prevention, Reforming the prison system and Innovative policing.

Primary target groups for the symposium are criminologists and other researchers within the area of criminal policy, decision makers wit­hin the criminal justice system as well as other agencies with supervision and control tasks, po­liticians and personnel within relevant ministries around the world.

CALL FOR PAPERS: All abstracts must be submitted before May 15th 2008.

Last day to register is May 16th
