The Scandinavian Research Council for Criminology produces and publishes a number of publications:
In cooperation with the councils of crime prevention in the Nordic countries, the Council publishes the Journal of Scandinavian Studies in Criminology & Crime Prevention. The journal is published twice per year.

The Bibliography of Nordic Criminology contains criminologically relevant literature published after January 1, 1999.

Nordisk Kriminologi is the Council's newsletter. The newsletter is in Scandinavian languages and is published three times a year. Until July 2004 it was printed (with on-line version available) but starting with the October issue 2004 the newsletter will be published only electronically. Subscription to the newsletter is free of charge.
The Council also publishes Reports containing the papers presented at the Research Seminars and Contact Seminars. These papers are primarily in Scandinavian languages and are available in a hardcopy. The on-line version is available only from 1998 - both versions can be obtained free of charge.
Scandinavian Studies in Criminology is a bookseries which was published by the Council from 1965-1999.
