Extra call 2021 for NSfK grants re covid-19

In view of the global Covid-19 pandemic and its impacts also on crime, criminology and safety, the Nordic Council for Criminology announces an Extra call for grants for Nordic working groups and contact seminars

“The Covid-19 pandemic and its impacts on crime in the Nordic countries”.

Application period 24.05.-15.06.2021. The application period ends at 15.00 CET on Tuesday June 15th.

Definitions:

Working groups gather researchers from the Nordic countries. The working group meetings are intended for researchers planning or initiating a joint Nordic research project, or who wish to establish research related cooperation in another form.

Contact seminars gather researchers, policy makers and practitioners from the Nordic countries. The Contact seminars serve as a cross-professional expert forum in various areas of common concern for the Nordic countries.

The project which the grant is meant for must be organized by researchers or practitioners based in a member country and the project involve researchers and practitioners from at least three of the Nordic countries.

Project leader of the working group or the contact seminar can apply for support up to 20 000 SEK for digital meetings.

Project leader of the working group or the contact seminar can apply for support up to 100 000 SEK for on-site meetings.
